Note: The Geological Survey of India (GSI) was established in 1851 and has been supplying scientific information to the government since that time. The Centenary Celebrations seal on the cover commemorates the completion of 100 years of this organization (GSI) in 1951.

Dispatch postmark in Black seal &ldquo;ERINPOORA | NOV:5&rdquo; applied thrice. Addressed to &ldquo;Kauubnane Hamir Sing | Ajmere&rdquo;, with a rectangular Registered Cancellation seal on the back with mss as &ldquo;O. Erinpura | N. 197. W. mm 5/8 | D. 5-11-77&rdquo;, 5 waxed seals also on cover to protect as insured cover, very good condition, Scarce.

Note:- The village of Erinpura is located in the Rajasthan state of India in the Sheoganj Tehsil of the Sirohi district, near the Jawai Bandh station, formerly known as Erinpura Road.

SP9&rdquo;, cancelled by small Lozenge shaped 10x10 seal &ldquo;C | 154&rdquo; in the middle &amp; squarish dots, SG # 84 &amp; Similar to Chandak &amp; Bhargave # 6a, good condition, Rare.

@ Nawaz, doted seal has to show enlarged in the main image and catalogue as well, especially bottom corner of dotted seal.

Note: This cover is a fascinating offering as it has the advertisement of Afghan Stamps &amp; Coins with its logo on this cover, it is an interesting observation to notice that there was a proper hobby store around a century ago in Peshawar city that is currently in Pakistan. It was sent from K.C. Krishen and Company, Ram Chowk, Peshawar City.
