Note: The Sikakul mint remains extremely rare for Farrukhsiyar, with the present Mohur being the only known specimen struck in gold. During this period, the Faujdari of Sikakul was entrusted to capable regional military administrators, most notably Anwar-uddin Khan, later Nawab of the Carnatic, who received the titles Anwar Khan and subsequently Shahamat Jang under Farrukhsiyar. &nbsp;Shortly after his accession, Farrukhsiyar dispatched his cousin Roshan Akhtar (later Emperor Muhammad Shah) along with Chin Qilich Khan (later Nizam-ul-Mulk and founder of the Asaf Jah dynasty) to reassert Mughal authority in the Deccan, resulting in the surrender of several Deccan forts in AH 1130.
