Note: Nuo Shree Sicca refers to a rare rupee coin issued by Amrut Rao during his brief tenure as the nominal Peshwa under Holkar's ascendancy, between 1802–03 AD. This coin bears a retrograde, comma-like mark above the Devanagari ‘श्री’ on the reverse, which is identified as the numeral ‘9’ (नऊ) in Marathi. The presence of this figure distinguishes it from the standard Shree Sicca coins, justifying the nomenclature Nuo Shree Sicca, with "Nuo" being a variant of "Nau" (नऊ), meaning 'nine' in Marathi. They are one of the rarest Maratha issues and only few known to survive.
