Indo Greeks, Menander I (155-130 BC), Silver Drachma, Obv: a diademed bust of the king, facing right, the Greek legend "BAΣIΛEΩΣ ΣΩTHPOΣ / MENANΔPOY" (Basileos Soteros Menandrou meaning King Menander, the Saviour) around the field, Rev: an upright Athena Alkidemos, facing left and seen from behind, holding a horizontal shield with her outstretched left arm and hurling a thunderbolt with her right hand, a Pushkalavati monogram on the left field, continuous Kharoshthi legend "Maharajasa tratarasa / menamdrasa" around the field, 2.3g, 16.65mm, (Mitch. ACW # 1769), about extremely fine.
