Diameter of flan is 17.04 mm which is quite close to 1/2 Mudra (KM# 10, 2013 Edition, 17 mm) and lesser than 1 Mudra (KM# 11.1 & 11.2, 2013 Edition, 25 mm & 21 mm respectively).
