This coin features a bust of Queen Victoria facing right on the obverse. What makes this coin particularly rare is the ‘JCL’ inscribed in a triangular shape on the jabot, visible in the image above. The design of the bust is unique, with differences in details such as the central panel beneath the necklace and crown.

This coin is an unlisted and unpublished variety, with fewer than 10 known specimens. The initials at the bottom of the bust are believed to be the engraver's mark. Very few of these coins are graded in the NGC and PCGS census.
