Note:&nbsp;The Delhi clasp represents one of the rarest variants associated with the Coronation Medal of King George V. Awarded to individuals who had already received the British Coronation Medal and subsequently attended the Delhi Durbar of 1911, recipients were not entitled to receive a second medal. Instead, they were issued a silver clasp inscribed Delhi, intended to be worn on the ribbon of the original Coronation Medal.&nbsp;Only a small number of these clasps were awarded, with approximately 134 examples believed to have been issued. Most recipients were members of the Indian Army and other personnel who had participated in both the coronation celebrations in Britain and the Imperial Durbar at Delhi. Owing to the limited number awarded and their direct association with two of the most important ceremonial events of the British Raj, surviving examples are considerably rarer than the standard Delhi Durbar Medal and remain highly sought after by collectors of Indian and British campaign medals. <o:p></o:p>
