Error Notes of Gandhi Notes, Shalimar Notes, Republic India Notes.

Republic India, 2011, Error 10 Rupees, Star * (Replacement), Signed by D Subbarao, Error: Serial number printing error, top right side serial number shifted to downwards, N Inset, F Prefix, S. No. 03F*605769, cancelation mark, folds, pen marks, graded by PMCS as 30 Very Fine, Rare.

Note: Banknotes that exhibit defects or errors during the printing stage are typically replaced at the currency printing presses with new banknotes featuring the same number, accompanied by a star mark positioned between the prefix and the serial number. The presence of errors in Star/Replacement banknotes is intriguing, as these replacements were introduced to prevent the circulation of error banknotes from the currency printing press.
