Pre-Stamp Cover, 1826?/1843, Belgaum to Madras, Letter posted from Belgaum address to Madras having three-line postmark on front of the cover. Postage paid value 4As. Red ink dispatched postmark in the box form in three-line, that reads as &ldquo;BELGAUM | 18 JUL 26 | Paid 4As&rdquo;. Seal in a rectangular box in Red ink &ldquo;G.P.O. | 1843 AUG 1&rdquo; at the front is visible. Postmark A.M. in Black ink within&nbsp;the&nbsp;square at the back of the cover, a remarkable exhibit item as dispatch and G.P.O. seals are applied in front of the cover, excellent condition, Extremely Rare. 

Note: An uncommon significance is notable on this cover where the date on the Belgaum dispatch seal reads as 18 Jul 26 (1826) and G.P.O. postage dispatch seal clearly reads as &ldquo;1843 AUG 1&rdquo;, a clear time gap of 17 years between the dates of both seals.
