Pre-Stamp Cover, 1850, Jooria to Anjar, dispatched cancellation postmark in a rectangular box in Red ink that reads as “JOORIA | 25/2/50| Paid.”, this cancellation is perhaps unrecorded, the date is handwritten between the text “JOORIA and Paid”. the delivery postmark of a circular shape in Red ink reads “ANJAR | 26 FE 50”, it is also as an UNCORDED SEAL, attractive quality, good condition, Extremely Rare.

Note: Jooria or Juria as it is known today is a small village that is situated approximately 70 kilometers away from Anjar town and both are in the Bhuj taluka of the Kutch district of the Gujarat state. Cover having cancellations from this place is so far unrecorded and it is an important rarity in Pre-Stamp cover.
