Error Notes of Gandhi Notes, Shalimar Notes, Republic India Notes.

Republic India, 2019, 500 Rupees (2), Consecutive Star Replacement Error Notes, Signed by Shaktikanta Das, Star Note, Error: Smeared ink heavily spread on obverse, S. No. 0CC*319199 and 0CC*319200, AUNC, Exceedingly Rare.

Note: This specimen is of the highest rarity in the star/replacement banknote series with an error. It is unusual to observe two consecutive notes of major defects, also since they had been cancelled by the currency press as we can deduce by the pink colour crayon cancellation mark next to security thread. Such a beautiful and important error note has not been offered by us in the past.
