Overprinted in RED on Half Anna Stamp of Victoria Queen listed as SG # 85 type, Blue-Green, watermark type 34, Perf 14, unofficial overprints used for Public Works Department of Jaipur, Unused, No gum, (Unrecorded & Unreported in any catalog), Certified by The Royal Philatelic Society London, Exceptionally Rare. Observation by the expert on the RPSL certificate: Rubber stamp probably intended to prevent theft. The only known example of the type, first time offered in any auction worldwide!
