Note: The Quarter Falus of Muhammad Quli Qutb Shah features a Persian couplet that reads, "paivasta ba-lanat-i-ilahi ta'yīr dah falus-i-shahi" (meaning, "God's curse be on him who finds fault with the royal falus"). This inscription is spread over both sides of the coin. Cataloged as G&G Q45, it is listed as RR (very rare) with only a few known specimens.

Stan Goron's assumption appears to be incorrect. The coin lacks both a date and the name of the ruler, and its calligraphy does not match any coins of Muhammad Quli Qutb Shah. It seems to be a trial coin of Muhammad Qutb Shah? If it were a regular coin, it would come in multiple denominations and wouldn't be so flawless. Interestingly, this is the only known example in Islamic coinage that uses couplets to threaten the public.
