It is very interesting to note that the variety of this specimen is listed neither in Mitchiner nor in Prabhu & Pai. Prabhu & Pai has done extensive research and listed numerous varieties and combinations in their book. The variety this specimen of whisk at left and conch at right is not listed in the book.
