Note: The 1841 Victoria Queen Mohur with the serifed “4” in the date is regarded as one of the most difficult varieties to acquire among the William Wyon-designed gold Mohurs of British India, in any grade. Rarely encountered in the market, this variety remains absent from many collections, particularly in such exceptional grade.<o:p></o:p>The present specimen is among the most attractive examples of the type we have handled, displaying exceptional quality and a rich, deep golden lustre across both surfaces.<o:p></o:p>
