Note: The title "Muntazim Bahadur" roughly translates to "Brave Administrator" or "Distinguished Manager," reflecting its use for civil and administrative service to the Indore Durbar.&nbsp;&nbsp;The Muntazim Bahadur Medal was a civil honor instituted by the Indore State under the Holkar dynasty during the period of British India. It was established on 22 November 1920 by Maharaja Sir Tukojirao III Holkar XIII. Classified under the General Division of Civil Title Badges, the medal was designated as a Class III honor. It was primarily conferred upon state officials, including accountants, teachers, household officers, and pensioners, in recognition of their service.
