It is a gold heavy dinar of Muhammad bin Tughluq, minted at Shahr Sultanpur, identified with Warangal (modern Telangana), a short-lived but important provincial mint. Coins from this mint were issued intermittently between AH 725 and AH 732, mostly in gold, reflecting the region’s strategic and economic significance following its incorporation into the Delhi Sultanate.&nbsp;<o:p></o:p>
