The Rare MNH Fiji - Where the New Millennium Begins Envelope issued by Fiji Post on 1st January, 2000.

Fiji, located near the International Date Line, was one of the first places in the world to experience the new millennium, to commemorate this the Fiji Post issued this envelope. This envelope includes a special booklet containing four semi-circle shaped stamps and a miniature sheet with four stamps. The stamps feature illustrations of endemic species of Fiji, such as the Tagimaucia flower, Crested Iguana, Red Prawns, Fiji Petrel, and a map of the islands. The Envelope also contains a pamphlet featuring information regarding millenium.
