The stamps display the Scarf Badge, Logo of Guides on blue flag, Globe Symbol displaying the map of Norfolk Island, &nbsp;Patron Queen Elizabeth II and a coin featuring Lady Baden-Powell, the wife of Robert Baden-Powell, the founder of the Boy Scouts.&nbsp;MNH
