Akbar (AH 963-1014 /1556-1605 AD), Jaunpur Dar-ul-Khilafa Mint, Silver Rupee, AH 977, "Kalima" type, Broad flan, Obv: Arabic legend The Kalima Shahada within a pentafoil & the four Caliphs' name in the margin, Rev: Persian legend "Jalal ud din Muhammad Akbar Badshah Ghazi" & "zarb Jaunpur" with epithet Dar-ul-Khilafa" almost complete visible at the bottom, 11.00g, 28.47mm, (Unlisted in KM), test marks, about very fine, Very Scarce.
